La Casa Resort
a beautiful lakeside cottage resort
just 36km from downtown Kelowna, BC
Consisting of approx 500 beautifully-finished cottages, located on Kelowna’s one and only Lake Okanagan. Offering 1 to 3 bedroom properties with a maximum of 8 guests, which are fully-furnished and equipped with BBQ’s, patio furniture, air conditioning, linens, towels and laundry facilities. Our resort amenities include 2 heated pools, 3 hot tubs, mini golf, pickle pall courts and a kids play area. At the lake front, we offer an Aqua Park and lounge chairs to enjoy the beautiful Okanagan Lake.

All of our homes have been thoroughly inspected and we are fully-licensed in British Columbia. Our properties are also registered under the new short-term rental registration, both provincially and municipally, as a legal requirement in BC.
Resort Amenities
We wanted to make sure you are aware of all the amenities LaCasa has to offer to make the most of your vacation!
By the Lake - Aqua Park with new additions for even more fun this year! Fire pits (unless fire ban is in place).
Mid Resort - Located by La Casa main entrance, past the waterfall. Enjoy mini golf, volleyball, pickleball/tennis courts, playground, grassy areas, covered areas & picnic tables. Bring your volleyball, golf putters, racquets, etc. for hours of fun. Some items are available for rent at the Market.
Upper Resort - Located on Terazona at the top of the resort. Enjoy the refreshing upper pool, hot tub and fire pit! 8am - 10pm daily.
NOTE: The renovations on the pool and hot tub on the Mid Resort are not quite complete, but Strata will notify us when they are ready to re-open!
